If a password is forgotten, use the Reset Password option to reset the password.

Instructions to Reset Password

Step 1: Click Reset underneath the Log In button on the Log In screen

Step 2: Enter email address, click Reset Password

Step 3: Enter 6-digit verification code sent to the user's registered email 

• Click Reset Password 

Step 4: Enter new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields

• Click Set New Password 

Step 5: Login using new password
