Instructions to Update the VCP Mobile and Web Applications
With each new release of the VCP, VelloHealth sends out an email containing updated User Guides, Release Notes detailing the new features and enhancements, and instructions to update your application. To confirm which version you are running, open the Mobile App and click the side bar menu in the top left corner to expand the profile area. At the very bottom underneath 'Log Out' the version is displayed in light grey text.
UPDATE THE MOBILE APP - iOS
Step 1: Open the App Store on the mobile device
Step 2: Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen
Step 3: Scroll to see pending updates > tap Update next to the VelloHealth VCP app
- Note that once the app finishes updating, you may open it directly from the App Store
UPDATE THE MOBILE APP - ANDROID
Step 1: Open the Google Play Store app
Step 2: Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen
Step 3: Tap Manage apps and device
Step 4: Apps with an update available are labeled "Update Available" > tap Update
- Note that once the app finishes updating, you may open it directly from the Play Store
UPDATE THE WEB APP
Step 1: Clear browsing data history from your web browser
Step 2: Log into the VCP
