Account Registration and Mobile App Download 

The Team Member's account must be created through the Web Application by the Local Admin or Program Assistant. 

Step 1: Locate your registration email from VelloHealth on your mobile device. 

Step 2: Within the registration email, click either the link to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. 

Step 3: Your phone will redirect you to the app store to install the VelloHealth app. 

• Once the application is installed on your phone, open the app. 

Step 4: Enter your work email address and click Sign Up. 

Step 5: Navigate back to the registration email and scroll to the bottom to find the 6-digit validation code. 

Step 6: Enter the code into the VelloHealth app and click Confirm. 

Step 7: Create a password and click Sign Up. 

• Reminder - your password must be at least 8 characters long and include an upper-case letter, a number and a special character. 

Step 8: Re-enter your email address and newly created password and click Log In. 

Step 9: Allow VelloHealth to send you notifications and Allow Geolocation Services While Using the App.
