How to Run the Medicaid Recertification Statistics Report

The purpose of the Medicaid Recertification report is to provide insight into the population of Clients on Medicaid and the status of their recertification.

The results of this report depend upon:

  • The Medicaid Recertification Required checkbox and Recertification Expiration Date configuration in the Client’s profile
  • The Team Members’ responses to the Medicaid Recertification prompts during Visits
  • The final 3 columns represent the different statuses of a Client’s Medicaid Recertification. Clicking the information tool tip provides a description of that column
    • Recert Paperwork Reminder: The date when and Team Member who acknowledged the first prompt reminding that the Recertification Expiration Date is coming up
    • Recert Paperwork Received: The date when and Team Member who confirmed that the Medicaid Recertification paperwork was received
    • Recert Paperwork Submitted: The date when and Team Member who confirmed that the Medicaid Recertification paperwork was submitted

Filter by Recertification Expiration Date Month/Year

  • Select Team: Select team(s) or select all
  • By Month/Year: Select the month and year that Medicaid Recertification is due
  • Paperwork Status: select all or a specific status to refine the report results

Filter by Days Until Recertification Expiration Date (‘Or By’)

  • Select Team: Select team(s) or select all
  • Or By: Select 75, 60 or 30 days from Recertification Expiration Date; or select Expired to see all Clients with a Recertification Expiration Date that has passed
  • Paperwork Status: Select all or a specific status to refine the report results
