Client Allocation - Mobile

Create and Manage Client Allocations


Client Allocation is a tool to assign clients to a team member for a selected date. Allocations can be managed by any role and from either the Web or Mobile applications. 


Team Members and Team Leaders can manage their Client Allocations through the Mobile App

  • Click the drop-down arrow next to All Clients at the top of the screen.
  • Select Manage Client Allocation
    1. Select Date Range to view allocations
      • To select a date range, tap once on the start date and tap once more on the end date
      • To select a single date, tap twice on the same date
    2. Check Show my allocations only to view allocations assigned to the logged in user; uncheck to see all allocations created in that date range for all team members
      • Note that only allocations where the Team Member user has assigned clients are editable and can be duplciated; the Team Leader may edit and duplicate any allocation

  • Click the Add Client Allocation button to create a new allocation
    1. Select Date Range to create an allocation for each date selected
      • The user is alerted if the selected date range already has allocations created; there can only be one allocation created per date

  1. Choose to include weekends or exclude with the checkbox
  2. As a Team Member, select the client names to allocate for each date selected


  1. As a Team Leader, select each Team Member’s name individually to allocate client names

  1.  Click Save to create the allocation
  • To view details of an allocation, tap on the allocation date
    1. Each team member is listed with the number of allocated clients
    2. As a Team Member, the user can viewother team member’s allocated clients but cannot edit
      • As a Team Member, the user can edit and duplicate their own allocations
    3. As a Team Leader, the user can view, edit, and duplicate other team member’s allocated clients

 

  • To edit an allocation, click the edit icon from the Client Allocation screen or while viewing an allocation
    1. As a Team Member, de-select or select additional clients and click save

  • As a Team Leader, select each Team Member’s name individually to modify allocated clients or simply click save to duplicate the allocation
