How to Archive and Restore a Client

Instructions to Archive and Restore a Client


The Local Admin and Program Assistant role users have the ability to archive a client if that client has been discharged from the program; they also have the ability to restore a client if they become eligible again for the program. These actions are performed in the Web Application. 


ARCHIVE CLIENT

This action makes the client's information unavailable for display in the Mobile Application. 


Step 1: From the Clients menu page, click the Archive icon next to the client's name to be archived


Step 2: Select the reason for discharge from the drop-down menu


Step 3: Enter the date of discharge


Step 4: Click Archive button

  • Note that this client now has a status of "Archived"



RESTORE CLIENT

This action makes the client's status active and his/her information will be available for display in the Mobile Application. 


Step 1: From the Clients menu page, click Restore at the end of the row of the client to be restored to Active status


Step 2: Click Restore in the prompt box. 

  • Note that this client now has a status of "Active"
