How to Assign Global Users

Instructions to Assign a Global User



Only Local Admins have the ability to assign a Global User.

Step 1: Click the Team Management Tab


Step 2: Click the Team Members' Team Name


Step 3: Locate the Team Member and click on the Pencil icon next to their name, under Actions


Step 4: Open the drop-down menu for Primary Role and select "Global User"  

  • You can assign the Team Member to specific teams using the Assigned Teams drop-down


Step 6: Save Changes
