How to Add, Edit, Archive and Restore Collateral Contacts
Any role may Add, Edit, Archive and Restore Collateral Contacts from either the web or mobile applications. Collateral Contacts are the consented individuals to a client.
Mobile
Display Collateral Contact Details
- Click on the name of the collateral contact-> contact information is displayed
Call Collateral Contact
- Click on the phone number -> phone’s native app opens allowing a call to be placed
Add Collateral Contact
- Click the Add Collateral Contact button
- Enter in the First Name, Last Name and Phone Number
- Enter any email address (optional)
- Select the Relationship to the client from the drop-down menu
- Enter the Address
- Click Save at the top right of the screen
Edit Collateral Contact
- Click the Edit iconnext to the Collateral Contact to be edited
- When done editing, click Save at the top right of the screen
Archive Collateral Contact
- Click the Archive icon next to the Collateral Contact to be archived
- Collateral Contact is moved to the Archived list
Restore Collateral Contact
- Click ‘Restore’ next to the Collateral Contact to be restored
- Collateral Contact is moved to the main menu
Web
Collateral Contacts – Add
- Click the Add Collateral Contact button to create a new collateral contact
- Enter the First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and Address; Email is optional
- Select the Relationship to the client from the drop-down menu
- Click Save
Collateral Contacts – Edit
- Click the Edit iconnext the collateral contact to be edited
- When done editing, click Save
Collateral Contacts – Archive
- Click the Archive icon next to the collateral contact to be archived
- Click Archive in the prompt box
- Archived collateral contacts are displayed under the Archived list
Collateral Contacts – Restore
- Click “Restore” next to the collateral contact to be restored
- Click Restore in the prompt box
