How to Run the Client Allocation Visits Report


The purpose of the Client Allocation Visits report is to provide insight into the allocated clients versus the completed visits by the team members.  


  • Enter the report parameters to generate results
    1. Select Team(s): select which team(s) or select all teams to include in the report
    2. Select Client(s): select which clients or select all clients to include in the report
    3. Show Only Active: toggle this setting ON to view only active clients in the report
    4. Totals: toggle this setting ON to view totals per client in the report
      • Total Allocations
      • Total Visits
      • Total No Shows
    5. Export to Excel: export the report results to Excel for further analysis

 

  • To view the key, hover over the information button:

  • Choose to include weekends in the view by checking this box:  


  • Toggle between a Week or Month view
  • Navigate by Month or Week view using the left and right arrows  

  • The report displays client totals, team totals, and grand totals for all teams
  • Each Allocation, Visit and No Show is represented by the Team Member’s initials
    1. The key indicates Allocations are black; Visits are green; No Shows are red
    2. No Shows have the Visit No Show Reason code in the red box
  • If the visit was a No Show, the report displays this icon with the No Show Reason code:
  • Click on the Team Member’s initials to see the details of a visit:

  • If two Team Members completed a visit together, the report displays this icon:
    1. Click on this icon to see the details of that visit:
